Entry Period: Entries will be accepted online starting April 17th 2023 at 12pm pm GMT and ending on April 25th at 11:59am GMT (the “Entry Period). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: Participants may enter the giveaway by submitting a form at the sponsor's exhibition booth or at this URL:e.horizontaldigital.com/sitecoredx23/london/giveaway. Only one entry per person is permitted. If the winner wishes to bring additional guests, they must pay for and organize this themselves. The entry must fulfill all Campaign requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Horizontal Digital. You may enter only once. You must provide the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The sponsor will notify the winner via email within 5 working days of the giveaway end date which is 25th April 2023 11:59pm. The winner is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, visas and bearing those costs.
Please note that the competition prize can be redeemed for travel between April 25, 2023 and April 25, 2024, excluding blackout dates during peak travel periods such December 1st through to 10th January and school holidays (e.g., UK half-term dates for 2023). We kindly ask that you plan your trip accordingly and contact us at least 60 days prior to your desired travel date to ensure availability. Horizontal holds the right to approve the travel dates requested by the winner based on factors such as peak travel dates and events outside the control of Horizontal.
The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Horizontal Digital. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Horizontal Digital’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any local taxes or international expenses shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Horizontal Digital to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
